Building Influence

Develop the ability to influence decisions, gain stakeholder buy-in, and drive outcomes through credibility, relationships, communication, and storytelling rather than formal authority.

Purpose

This module focuses on building influence in matrixed and cross-functional environments where authority alone is insufficient. Participants learn how to build trust, strengthen stakeholder relationships, navigate resistance, and influence decisions through credibility, persuasion, and strategic communication.

Application Lab
